How long can I access the training after I purchase a seat for a course?
  We believe that learning is a process that requires repetition and reinforcement. That's why when purchasing a seat to one of our courses, users can continue to access the materials for the entire enrollment period. So, for any given user, we encourage you to login and learn as much as you can!
Can I train multiple people using the same login?
  Each user must have his/her own individual login to access the training system. This way, each user's progress can be tracked and certificates can be issued for each learner (refer to the Terms of Use for our products and services).
When is the system available for me to take courses or review my records?
  The beauty of the online environment is the system is available for use anytime of day, from anywhere in the world with a net connection. So, if you are an early riser and want to take a training course over breakfast at 5 a.m., there's nothing to stop you (besides the speed of your coffeemaker).
What are the minimum system requirements?
  The minimum system requirements are:
Processor: Pentium III 300 Mhz or faster
Operating System: Windows 98, NT 4.0, ME, 2000, XP
Memory: 64 MB RAM, 4 MB Video RAM
Video Resolution: 800 x 600, VGA
Peripherals: Sound card with speakers or headphones
Connnection: 128kbps (DSL, Cable Modem recommended)
Browser: Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, or Netscape compatible browser 5.0 or higher
Flash Plugin: Version 7.0.63 or later
